그리고, 너무 강도가 높은 칼은 칼날이 쉽게 나갈 수 있습니다.
좋은 칼이란 식자재에 맞게 강성과 연성이 잘 혼용되어야 겠지요.

중국,베트남에서 만든 OEM 제품을 사 오시는 경우가 많습니다.

중국, 베트남에서 만든 칼들 제조시 칼날에 코팅을 해 놓아서
처음에는좋지만, 한두번 갈고 나면 완전히 다른 칼이 됩니다.
중국에 26cm 셰프나이프 똑같이 만드는데 7~8천원 견적받았지요.
